Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for all IT-related queries.
• Document user interactions and technical issues comprehensively.
• Contribute to creating training materials for staff.
• Participate in IT project implementations as required.
• Liaise with external vendors for repairs and support needs.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in IT Support or a related area
• CompTIA A+ certification is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience providing technical support
