UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team in Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces and seamless user experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate has a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, coupled with the ability to translate user needs into engaging digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate user testing sessions and analyse results.
• Develop responsive designs that enhance user experience across devices.
• Collaborate with product managers to define project scopes and requirements.
• Assist in maintaining the design system and style guides.
• Train junior designers and provide mentorship within the team.
• Engage in continuous learning to improve design skills and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience

Technical Skills

• Prototyping Tools

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Google UX Design Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
