Responsibilities
Deliver high-energy fitness classes that cater to various levels.
Assess client fitness levels and establish measurable goals.
Design personalized fitness programs and provide modifications for individuals and groups.
Encourage clients to achieve their personal health and fitness goals.
Track and document client progress, providing feedback and motivation.
Conduct regular workshops on fitness and nutrition topics.
Promote gym services and encourage member retention.
Develop strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
Ensure fitness equipment is properly maintained and safe for use.
Engage in team meetings to discuss member feedback and program improvements.
Requirements
Education
National Diploma in Health and Fitness or equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science is an advantage
Experience
2+ years of experience in personal training or group fitness instruction
