Your role will include engaging with clients, coordinating with project teams, and innovating sustainable building solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative design concepts tailored to client preferences.
• Lead architectural project teams and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Gather and analyze client requirements to inform design approaches.
• Oversee construction processes and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Conduct post-occupancy evaluations to assess client satisfaction.
• Support marketing efforts through design presentations and project portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with sustainability guidelines and practices.
• Engage in professional development and continual learning of architectural trends.
• Promote teamwork and open communication within the design team.
• Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for project needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Certification in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project management

Technical Skills

• 3D Modeling Software
• Construction Documentation

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
