Responsibilities

• Create prototypes and perform assessments to refine product designs.
• Implement design improvements based on testing feedback.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assess cost and feasibility of different design approaches.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in best practices for design.
• Conduct failure analysis and reliability testing.
• Plan and execute engineering experiments and document findings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in designing electronic systems
