Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and reporting, and will be responsible for providing insights that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial models to facilitate long-term financial planning.
• Review financial statements and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Supervise and mentor junior financial analysts within the team.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis for proposed business improvements.
• Present financial reports and insights to senior management.
• Participate in financial audits and assist in resolving discrepancies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Analysis or Business Administration
• MBA or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or similar roles
