Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial reports and presentations for executives.
• Support budget preparation and revisions as necessary.
• Participate in developing long-term financial strategies.
• Conduct competitive analysis regarding financial positioning.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Prepare quarterly and yearly financial plans and timelines.
• Generate and maintain reports on operational performance.
• Promote data-driven decision-making through robust analysis.
• Assist the finance team in optimizing workflow and processes.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar field
• Master's degree is preferred but not necessary

Experience

• 3-5 years' experience in a finance role with a focus on analysis
