Job Description

The Bow Making Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining machines used in the production of bows. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude and experience with industrial machinery. Attention to detail and commitment to quality are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Operate bow making machines and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with quality control inspectors to ensure product specifications are met.
• Adapt to production changes and assist in workflow optimization.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification preferred
• Certificate in manufacturing or textile industry is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in operating industrial machines, experience in the textile or manufacturing industry would be advantageous
