Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring that our product meets the needs of our customers effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy based on customer insights and market trends.
• Implement user testing and gather usability data for continuous improvement.
• Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for product launches.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and product teams to ensure clear communication.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline
• Master's degree in Business Administration preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing or management

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis Tools
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Analytical Thinking

Certifications

• Certified Product Marketing Manager (CPMM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of international markets: Experience working with products in global markets is an advantage.
