Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Site Manager to lead our online retail operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective sales strategies while managing the daily functions of the e-commerce site.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of online promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage site SEO and SEM initiatives to drive traffic.
  • Implement best practices for site security and customer data protection.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party service providers for logistics.
  • Lead audits and evaluations on e-commerce processes for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the e-commerce team.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for all e-commerce technology updates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Postgraduate degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on e-commerce management experience
