Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts based on client needs and preferences.
• Create detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, and furniture selections.
• Present design ideas to clients and revise based on feedback.
• Source materials and finishes for projects.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure design integrity throughout the build process.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Prepare presentations using design software and models for client meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years experience in interior design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• 3D Rendering Software
• Project Management

Languages

• English: Fluent
