Job Description

Join us as a Training Coordinator, where you will manage the planning and implementation of training sessions for our workforce in Cape Town. Your efforts will directly contribute to our organization’s success by ensuring employees have the resources and skills necessary for their roles. You will also track training outcomes and provide feedback to improve future training efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage the annual training schedule in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Support trainers in delivering effective learning experiences.
  • Conduct follow-up assessments to ensure the application of skills learned.
  • Evaluate training programs and suggest improvements.
  • Engage with employees to identify training interests and needs.
  • Provide administrative support, including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Champion best practices in training and development methodologies.
  • Foster relationships with external training providers and consultants.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Organizational Development or Psychology is preferred
  • Additional certifications in adult education or training methodologies would be beneficial
Experience
  • 5+ years in training or development roles, especially in corporate settings
