Job Description

We are in search of an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that enhance our brand awareness and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing successful online and offline marketing campaigns, using data-driven decision making to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a digital marketing calendar to plan and prioritize events and campaigns.
• Manage budgets for marketing activities and evaluate effectiveness.
• Coordinate with external agencies for content creation and digital strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with digital partners and vendors.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on digital marketing best practices.
• Foster a collaborative environment to encourage creative input from the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Digital Marketing is preferred

• 5+ years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns
