Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team in Cape Town. In this role, you will leverage your design skills to craft visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and iterate designs based on user feedback, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex user requirements into intuitive design solutions.
• Participate in design critiques and provide insights on team projects.
• Develop user personas to guide design strategies.
• Document design processes and maintain a design library.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment on design vision.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualification in Design or User Experience
• Postgraduate qualification is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in design roles

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• User Testing Tools

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Agile Environments: Familiar with Agile methodologies and design sprints.
• Proficiency in Prototyping Tools: Skilled in additional prototyping tools like InVision or Adobe XD.
