Job Description

The Notcher will be responsible for cutting notches in various materials such as wood, metal, and plastic. This role requires precision and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will operate notching machines effectively while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Utilize notching machines to fabricate materials according to specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards while handling machinery.
• Monitor the production process to guarantee product quality.
• Conduct routine maintenance on all notching equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Provide feedback on machine performance and suggest improvements.
• Align finished products with quality control guidelines before dispatch.
• Manage inventory of materials needed for cutting operations.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production efficiency and safety.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications related to notching or manufacturing operations are beneficial

Experience

• 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Machine operation

Languages

• English: Fluent
