We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Equipment Operator to join our team in Johannesburg. This role involves operating and maintaining heavy machinery, ensuring optimal performance while adhering to safety regulations. Responsibilities

• Operate heavy agricultural machinery and equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
• Conduct regular safety checks on operational equipment.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
• Coordinate with other operators and team members to complete tasks effectively.
• Manage inventory of agricultural supplies as required.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance and repairs of equipment.
• Document all operational processes and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Train new personnel on proper equipment handling and company protocols.
• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of machinery.
• Assist with irrigation and planting activities as directed.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Certification in heavy machinery operation

Experience

• 5+ years operating heavy machinery in agricultural settings.
