Job Description

The Industrial Equipment Wirer will be responsible for assembling and wiring electrical components and systems for industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of industrial automation and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical systems for various industrial machinery.
• Interpret schematics to perform precise installations.
• Conduct tests and troubleshooting on electrical systems for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet operational goals.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and standards.
• Perform regular maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Keep detailed records of work and materials used.
• Stay informed about advancements in industrial automation technology.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or similar qualification
• Valid Wireman's License

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills

Certifications

• First Aid Certificate (advantageous)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with robotics and automation systems: Familiarity with integrating robotic systems into industrial setups.
• Experience with PLC and HMI programming: Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers and human-machine interfaces.
