Job Description

As an Activity Coordinator, you will plan, execute, and oversee engaging activities for participants at our recreational center. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a knack for organization and excellent communication skills to create a positive experience for all involved.

Responsibilities

  • Research and select activities that align with the company's values.
  • Organize logistics for events, such as venue and catering.
  • Attend events to ensure smooth operation and address issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
  • Lead a team to execute events professionally.
  • Foster a supportive and engaging environment for participants.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
Experience
  • At least 3 years of planning and coordinating events.

Advantageous
