Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of new manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
• Develop ergonomic workstations to improve employee comfort and efficiency.
• Manage projects to ensure deadlines and budgets are adhered to.
• Implement Lean methodologies to reduce waste in production.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Review and analyze production data for decision-making.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers for professional growth.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial engineering roles
