Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with networking protocols, security measures, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new networking software and hardware for potential use.
• Collaborate with system administrators to ensure network and application integration.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software failures and rectify them in a timely manner.
• Develop contingency plans for disaster recovery related to network systems.
• Stakeholder engagement to ensure network services meet operational demand.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience

• 5 years of proven experience in network engineering roles.
