We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Consultant to join our energetic team in Port Elizabeth. You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing tailored solutions that meet client needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable sales solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Keep updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Prepare reports on sales performance and feedback.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies for new products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to grow the overall sales pipeline.

Requirements

Education

• Matriculation or equivalent
• Diploma/Degree in Sales or Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service
