Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Consultant to join our energetic team in Port Elizabeth. You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing tailored solutions that meet client needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets through high-quality negotiation.
• Create personalized sales strategies to address the unique needs of clients.
• Analyze customer feedback and share insights with the product team.
• Maintain an accurate record of sales activities and progress.
• Develop promotional strategies to maximize product visibility.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide feedback.
• Plan and execute promotional events and meetings.
• Track and analyze market trends to identify new prospects.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Matriculation or equivalent
• Diploma/Degree in Sales or Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service

• Sales Negotiation

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous
