Filter Plant Operator

Job Description

The Filter Plant Operator will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of filtration systems in our state-of-the-art water treatment plant. Candidates should have prior experience in water treatment and a keen understanding of filtration processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation of filtration units and equipment.
• Test and evaluate water samples for quality assurance.
• Document operational activities in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist in the implementation of process enhancements.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are strictly followed at all times.
• Participate in emergency response drills and safety training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Trade certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (advantageous)

Experience

• Experience working with membrane filtration systems is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Experience with reverse osmosis systems

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Water Treatment Operations: Professional certification demonstrating expertise in water treatment processes.
• Experience with filtration equipment and machinery: Hands-on experience working with various water treatment technologies.
