Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and provide evidence-based treatments.
  • Support patients in the change process leading to recovery.
  • Create a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment.
  • Develop treatment protocols and measure outcomes.
  • Train and guide junior staff and interns.
  • Contribute to policy-making and the improvement of mental health services.
  • Conduct workshops on mental health topics for community groups.
  • Advise on mental health best practices in various settings.
  • Participate in psychological research projects.
  • Network with other professionals in the field to exchange knowledge and practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's in Clinical Psychology
  • PhD preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
