Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate architectural plans using CAD software.
• Work closely with contractors to ensure the designs are feasible within budgets and timelines.
• Prepare and modify specifications for materials and construction methods.
• Provide creative solutions to design challenges while adhering to client needs.
• Review and approve drawings and changes from external consultants.
• Continuously improve design processes and methodologies.
• Identify opportunities for sustainability and cost-saving in projects.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related field
• Advanced diploma is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in architectural design and project management

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Advanced
