Insurance Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an Insurance Specialist to join our Port Elizabeth team. This role requires a strong understanding of various insurance products and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, with the ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to help protect their interests.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of client claims processing.
• Provide specialist advice and insights during client interactions.
• Determine pricing and coverage options based on comprehensive assessments.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver an excellent client experience.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies for insurance products.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development.
• Resolve conflicts and issues with insurers on behalf of clients.
• Continuously seek to improve personal performance and operational procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in an insurance sales or service role

• Insurance Risk Management certification
