Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a knack for organisation. This role is remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to our clients' success. If you're passionate about helping others and managing multiple responsibilities, this position is for you. You'll be expected to adapt to the needs of various clients, whether it's managing schedules, responding to inquiries, or organising files.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain clients' daily schedules.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to project management.
  • Keep track of deadlines and remind clients of meetings.
  • Develop and maintain organised file systems for client documents.
  • Assist clients with travel arrangements as needed.
  • Prepare client updates and progress reports.
  • Manage social media communication and updates.
  • Coordinate with other team members for project assistance.
  • Provide administrative support as required by management.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Higher Diploma in Administration or related field preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in administrative roles or virtual assistance
