Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Associate to join our Johannesburg team. This role involves supporting senior bankers in executing transactions, conducting financial analysis, and preparing pitch materials for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support investment decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch books and client presentations.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to execute live transactions.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis.
• Support the due diligence process and client meetings.
• Facilitate client communications and relationship management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• Master's degree in Finance would be advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years in a similar role with proven transaction experience
