Job Description

As an Investment Banker in our Cape Town office, you will leverage your expertise in financial markets to advise clients on investments, mergers, and acquisitions. You will collaborate with a team of professionals dedicated to achieving excellent results for our clients while fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients in structuring capital raises and investment opportunities.
• Oversee financial modeling and valuation activities.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of investment agreements.
• Prepare detailed reports and financial documents for client meetings.
• Lead project teams in executing complex financial transactions.
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of comprehensive experience in investment banking

Technical Skills

• Equity Research
• Debt Structuring

• Client Management

Certifications

• CFA Level II or equivalent

Languages

• English: Fluent
