Job Description

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the financial health of our company, preparing financial reports, auditing accounts, and overseeing budgets. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial as you work to improve revenue and reduce costs, fostering a culture of financial excellence.

Responsibilities

• Direct the preparation of financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
• Analyze financial data to ensure strategic alignment with Corporate objectives.
• Lead preparation of annual financial audits.
• Supervise all finance and accounting functions.
• Maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
• Identify trends in fiscal performance and provide recommendations.
• Prepare reports for board meetings and management.
• Evaluate financial forecasting models to drive insights.
• Ensure effective cash management strategies are adhered to.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide financial insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification is preferable

Experience

• 5 years experience in financial management, accounting or a similar field

Technical Skills

• Financial Reporting
• Taxation

• Negotiation skills

Certifications

• ACCA certification is desirable

Languages

• English: Fluent
