Responsibilities

  • Assess patient conditions and devise treatment plans.
  • Perform routine medical procedures and assist in surgeries.
  • Guide patients through treatment options and medication adherence.
  • Advocate for patients' needs within the healthcare system.
  • Conduct wellness checks and screenings.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
  • Engage in community health outreach programs.
  • Participate in staff development and training sessions.

  • Keep up-to-date with healthcare advances and continuing education.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Certification in Family Practice preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive nursing experience
