Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design residential and commercial spaces.
• Draft and revise project proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Lead project meetings and communicate updates to clients.
• Analyze blueprints and provide constructive feedback.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Create visually appealing presentations for clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Master's degree or further education in design is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in commercial and residential design projects

Technical Skills

• Interior Styling
• 3D Rendering

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Time Management

Certifications

• Certified Interior Designer (CID)
• ASID Membership

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with historic preservation: Knowledge of preserving and restoring historic buildings and interiors.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools: Experience using graphic design software for marketing and presentations.
