As an IT Support Technician, you'll be the first line of defence for our clients' IT issues. You'll assist in troubleshooting hardware and software problems, ensuring optimal functionality of IT systems.
Responsibilities
Assist in setting up and configuring new hardware and software.
Conduct regular maintenance on IT systems to prevent issues.
Help develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company security protocols.
Provide feedback on improvement suggestions to enhance IT services.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
