Job Description

As a Nuclear Power Reactor Operator, you will play a crucial role in the operation and management of our nuclear reactors. You will monitor reactor systems, identify potential issues, and respond to emergencies, ensuring safety and compliance at all times.

Responsibilities

• Operate reactor controls and manage reactor startup and shutdown processes.
• Conduct safety checks and safety drills for emergency preparedness.
• Assist in developing operational procedures and training materials.
• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and internal policies.
• Work with engineering teams to implement equipment upgrades and repairs.
• Evaluate performance data and generate operational reports.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend improvements to procedures.
• Act as a mentor for junior reactor operators and technicians.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in nuclear power operations
