Job Description

As an Educational Consultant, you'll engage with various educational bodies in Stellenbosch to deliver bespoke consultancy services. Your responsibilities will include curriculum enhancement, assessment strategies, and mentoring educators. This role requires creative thinking and a strong commitment to improving educational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing educational programs and recommend improvements.
• Guide institutions in curriculum design and assessment development.
• Equip educators with contemporary teaching methodologies through training sessions.
• Regularly review and report on progress towards educational goals.
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures that support educational excellence.

• Share best practices and innovative strategies across the consultancy.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Education or related discipline
• PhD in Education is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in educational consultancy
