Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Shoe Machine Operator responsible for operating and maintaining vulcanizing presses. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality production of rubber products in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate vulcanizing machinery for rubber products
• Ensure product quality through regular inspections
• Adjust machine settings based on product specifications
• Keep detailed records of production output and issues
• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Respond to and address equipment malfunctions promptly
• Train new staff members on machine operation and safety
• Conduct pre-shift inspections of equipment
• Follow all workplace safety and health regulations

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
