Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Polokwane. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional pharmacy services, ensuring safe and effective medication management for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine medication needs.
• Counsel patients on the use of over-the-counter and prescription medications.
• Monitor patient responses to medications and recommend changes as necessary.
• Assist in developing health promotion and disease prevention strategies.
• Train pharmacy support staff and interns.
• Manage pharmacy operations and ensure quality control.
• Provide follow-up care and support for chronic disease management.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)

Experience

• Experience in community pharmacy preferred
