• Monitor and report project performance metrics to determine project health.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bids.
• Support the training and onboarding of new team members.
• Encourage innovative solutions to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as the main point of contact for project-related communication.
• Align project objectives with organizational priorities.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or a related field is preferred
• a MBA could be an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing IT-related projects
