Job Description

Join our Cape Town office as a UX Designer, where your creativity will help shape the future of digital design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes, and working closely with developers to implement your vision.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs and develop user-centric design solutions.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders effectively.
• Work in tandem with developers during the implementation of designs.
• Document design processes and decisions for future reference.
• Assist in maintaining a design system and set of style guidelines.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and creativity within the design team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of UX design experience

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• HTML/CSS Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Certifications

• User Experience Certification from Coursera

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of front-end development: Understanding of basic coding principles to improve collaboration with developers.
