Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new chemical processes.
• Collaborate with R&D to test and integrate novel materials.
• Evaluate and refine manufacturing processes for cost efficiency.
• Maintain an organized lab and documentation as per industry standards.
• Develop plans for scale-up of processes from lab to production.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in chemical plant operations or engineering
