Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities through comprehensive financial analysis.
• Develop strategic relationships within the finance community.
• Collaborate with senior management on the formation of investment strategies.
• Manage client portfolios and provide ongoing financial advice.
• Prepare executive summaries for senior management review.
• Track and analyze market conditions affecting the banking industry.
• Lead client negotiations to ensure favorable outcomes.
• Work closely with other financial professionals to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Prepare and present updates for clients on their investment performance.
• Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the firm.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or relevant experience

• M&A Advisory

Certifications

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
• M&A Certification from a recognized institute

Languages

• English: Fluent
