Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to budget. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, manage project teams, and monitor progress.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement project management best practices.
  • Review project deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope and objectives.
  • Engage with external vendors and contractors as necessary.
  • Ensure project objectives align with company strategy.
  • Utilize project management software for tracking and reporting.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
  • Act as a point of contact for any project-related queries.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technology relevant to project management.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Additional certifications in Agile or Six Sigma is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years experience managing large scale projects
