Job Description

As a Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter at Marble Rubber, you'll play a crucial role in our rubber production line. This position involves setting up and operating machines that crush, grind, and polish rubber to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machines are running smoothly and producing quality rubber products.
• Collaborate with quality control personnel to assess product specifications.
• Train new operators on machinery use and safety protocols.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of raw materials needed for production.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in machining or manufacturing processes are a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in machine operation, preferably in a manufacturing environment
