We are looking for a qualified Pharmacist to join our team in East London. You will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care, and offering guidance on medication use. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and an understanding of the pharmaceutical field to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prescription requests for medication appropriateness and legality.
• Prepare and label medications according to specific guidelines.
• Address patient inquiries about medications and health concerns.
• Facilitate patient education workshops focused on health management.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient records and comply with data protection regulations.

Requirements

Education

• PharmD or equivalent Pharmacy degree

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy role

Certifications

• Advanced Pharmacy Practice Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
