Job Description

We seek a detail-oriented IT Support Technician to enhance our customer support team. You will diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues, guide clients through troubleshooting steps, and deliver exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills and technical expertise in various IT systems are needed for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues and provide support for users across the organization.
• Manage equipment lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Create user accounts and manage access permissions.
• Assist in maintaining and upgrading IT infrastructure.
• Provide support for backup and recovery solutions.
• Conduct user training sessions on IT tools and systems.
• Evaluate user specifications for hardware and software requirements.
• Support business continuity planning and disaster recovery efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in IT Support or Related Field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in technical support

• Active Directory
• ITIL Framework

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
