Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee projects in our dynamic team based in Cape Town. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in project management methodologies and excellent leadership abilities. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement project management strategies to optimize project execution.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Maintain project documentation including plans, reports, and records.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders for gathering requirements and providing updates.
• Ensure all projects deliver timely action and quality outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering fields
• PMP certification will be advantageous

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in project management roles

• MS Project

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in technology projects: A background in managing technology-based projects is highly advantageous.
