Job Description

As an Urban Space Designer, you will lead projects that transform urban environments into sustainable and vibrant spaces. You will collaborate with architects, city planners, and community stakeholders to create designs that benefit the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Architect urban spaces that are environmentally sustainable and socially inclusive.
• Integrate technology and smart solutions into urban design proposals.
• Mentor junior designers and interns, providing guidance on project tasks.
• Review and critique designs, ensuring high quality and innovation.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to foster community involvement in design processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or Architecture
• Master's degree in Urban Design is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in urban design or architecture

Technical Skills

• GIS Software
• Revit

• Analytical Thinking
• Project Management

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with urban simulation software: Familiarity with tools that simulate urban developments for effective planning.
