As a Hand Etcher at Metalwork Creations, you will be responsible for creating intricate engraved designs on various surfaces. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand etching techniques and tools.

Responsibilities

• Utilize hand tools for etching intricate designs onto metal.
• Assist in developing design prototypes for client approval.
• Perform regular maintenance and servicing of engraving tools.
• Work closely with designers to translate creative visions into tangible products.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the workshop.
• Manage inventory of materials needed for engraving tasks.
• Participate in quality assurance processes to uphold standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Engage with clients to discuss customization options when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
