Job Description

We are in search of a driven Project Manager to spearhead our projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in managing complex projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Your role will involve coordination across departments, maintaining open lines of communication with stakeholders, and leading a diverse team towards achieving project objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Define project success criteria and disseminate to involved stakeholders.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and report on results.
  • Utilize project management software to track progress.
  • Mentor junior team members to foster their professional development.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of project activities and decisions.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or related field
  • Additional certifications such as Agile or Scrum are a plus

  • 7+ years in a project management role
