We are in search of a skilled Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, ensuring the protection of our clients' data and systems. You will work closely with clients to assess their security needs and implement effective strategies tailored to their unique environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance existing security protocols and measures.
• Provide technical support and advice on cybersecurity-related issues.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Assist in the design and implementation of disaster recovery plans.
• Serve as a point of contact for cybersecurity incidents.
• Collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of security awareness.
• Research new technologies and methodologies to improve security effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant certifications are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in information security or a related discipline
