The successful candidate will manage the technical aspects of the projects, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and liaise with clients and contractors to deliver exceptional outcomes on time. Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering design and development projects from inception to completion.
• Analyse survey reports and maps to inform project designs.
• Communicate regularly with clients about project status and changes.
• Prepare and present technical proposals to stakeholders.
• Ensure all engineering practices meet local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
• Develop engineering solutions to complex infrastructure challenges.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of various contractors and subcontractors.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Review and approve project designs and plans.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering
